My Work

2 years after my accident, in the summer of 2018, I decided to go back to college for welding and fabrication.

I graduated from MTech with a degree in welding technology and immediately found a job welding roll cages for an off-road company. I wanted to prevent others from sustaining a spinal cord injury in the event of an accident. When Covid hit I decided to leave that company and build my side business into a career in the motorsports industry remaining dedicated to keeping people safe.

I reconnected with Rob Parsons and found out that he was based out of Utah a short drive from me, and he was looking for help with his company Cage Kits. Soon after, he contracted my company DeadLeg Racing Co to help him with welding and fabrication.

I was eager to build my skills and Rob was ready to teach. In addition to welding, I'm now proficient at running a press brake, a tube bender, and programming.

Now my business and career path go hand in hand with my dedication to racing and keeping racers safe.
